It is just an eye catching piece, the waist area of the dress features a band that wraps around and stops at the zipper as an accessory to this dress. As well as a golden trim on the chest decorated with rhinestones throwing some GLAM into this dress which is also featured on cuffs as well. And it zips up the back. Lining does show some signs of wear, but otherwise in great vintage condition Best fits 10-12
