Seriously this is something out of a dream! Feast your eyes on this 1980s Vintage Aqua Peplum Maxi Dress. No brand tag/content tag on the dress, appears to be made of polyester, it could be handmade. Peplum style waist. Short sleeve, Sabrina/boat neckline. Comes with matching velcro closure belt. Bottom back of dress has a slit at the bottom. Full zip down the back. Minor markings on the dress & belt, but does not take away from dress.
