This is a very fun and bohemian like piece. Looks very rich and elaborate. The design is quite intricate. Possibly from the 1940’s. It has such character and intricate design in its carved and filigree metal patterns. Adjustable in size with chain and hook closure. Tiny faux pearls and little lucite multi colored cabochons. Lovely!!!
