This gorgeous dress is so lovely and so romantically themed. The fabric is a linen, rayon blend and the print is a traditional royal blue toile in fashion, with a nautical print with sea life, and ships, and mermaids. The top is a paneled bodice with hook and eye closures at the front, lace trim around neckline, and a smocked elastic backing for range in bust size.
